Caim Consulting was founded by Rachelle Burns, a proven leader and advocate for community mental health. In 2018, she launched the Escarosa Suicide Prevention Coalition to address a critical gap in local resources, and by 2021, she successfully incorporated it as a nonprofit organization—expanding its reach and sustainability. Her ability to mobilize stakeholders and create lasting change reflects her deep commitment to public service.

In 2023, Rachelle once again stepped forward to meet an urgent need. Through Caim Consulting, she champions public health initiatives and works to improve access to mental health and wellness resources across Northwest Florida. Her work is rooted in advocacy, collaboration, and a vision for stronger, healthier communities.
